O zdravie tu nešlo, nejde a nepôjde

Napísal som jednému z autorov toho [blogu](https://blogs.lse.ac.uk/europpblog/2021/05/18/the-eus-recovery-funds-should-be-released-when-europes-economies-can-reopen/) - chcel som z neho dostať, ako podľa neho vlastne súvisí miera zaočkovanosti a schopnosť štátu čerpať z tých fondov, keďže z toho blogu mi to ale že fakt neni vôbec jasné.
